Travessia is a structured therapeutic process with a beginning, middle, and integration phase.
It includes:

  • Initial Session (held before the start): a first listening session where we assess together whether this path makes sense for you at this moment

  • 8 individual therapeutic sessions, online or in person

  • Ongoing support between sessions via WhatsApp

What is the first session like?

The first session opens a space for listening and presence (around 50 minutes).
You’re invited to bring whatever is moving through you—both in words and in the body.

From this meeting, we map your current moment and possible paths forward.
You leave with greater clarity about what you want to work on in therapy, and the freedom to continue with me or not.

Do I need to have artistic skills?
No. Art here is about expression, not technique.

I’ve never done integrative therapy. Can I start?
Yes. The process respects your pace, with no prior experience needed.

How do I know if it’s right for me?
The initial session helps bring that clarity.

Does it replace medical care?
No. It is complementary and does not replace medical or psychiatric care.

What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s okay. The process is guided.

Is there a difference between in-person and online sessions?
The foundation is the same. In-person allows for deeper body-based contact; online adapts to your context.
