BODY & ART
as a therapeutic path

To inhabit the body as a starting point for processes of expression, creation, and transformation.

Body and Art: an integrative therapeutic approach

There are moments when we sense that something needs to change, even if we don't yet know exactly what.

Not everything we experience can be put into words. Not everything that needs to be transformed can be accessed

through conversation alone.

There are also moments when we understand, on a rational level, what we are going through,

yet feel that understanding alone is not enough.

In my work, I accompany people through processes of transformation using a therapeutic approach that integrates Body and Art.

Some experiences need to be felt before they can be understood.

This path brings together therapeutic dialogue, body-based practices, and expressive resources to deepen awareness, encourage new forms of expression, and support the integration of lived experiences—always honoring each person's unique rhythm and individuality.

Every therapeutic process is unique.

Because every story finds its own rhythm to be lived, understood, and transformed.

What if your body knew things you still can't put into words?

The body is a compass in the awakening of awareness, allowing us to access sensations, memories, and insights. It holds the wisdom of both lived experiences and those that could not be fully lived, guiding us with clarity on this journey.

Through embodied experience, we recognize emotions, inhabit the body with greater presence,

and reconnect with our true essence.

The body becomes the bridge between

what we feel and who we are.

In my work, I bring awareness to the breath—the foundation of this exploration. Breath becomes the key to integrating body and mind. Through posture, movement, and gesture, we explore what is asking to be experienced, creating space for new ways of feeling, moving, and relating to life.

Some experiences ask to be expressed before

they can be understood.

Art expands the possibilities for expression. It allows us to give form to what we feel even before we can explain it. An image, a color, a gesture, a drawing, or a painting can reveal aspects of our experience that have remained silent.

Through the creative process, we observe, play, experiment, and discover new ways of relating to what we have lived.

Not in pursuit of an aesthetic outcome, but as a path toward integrating experience, recognizing inner resources, and opening space for new ways of feeling, responding, and living.

&

ART

The body is no longer just a place where we feel, and art is no longer simply a way of creating.

Together, they become a path for exploring the human experience.

Why work with Body and Art?

You don't change simply because you understand.

Many people can clearly explain what they have been through. They understand their story, recognize recurring patterns, and know, on a rational level, what they would like to change.

Yet they continue to respond in the same ways. This happens because understanding an experience does not always mean integrating it.

The body continues to live what the mind believes it has overcome.

We think, feel, and experience life through the body.

Even when something seems to be understood, that experience may still be present in the way we breathe, move, and relate to ourselves, to others, and to life.

That is why the body is not simply a place where we observe symptoms. It is a gateway to deeper awareness, helping us recognize experiences that, often, we still cannot put into words.

Every act of creation begins before words.

Before an idea exists, there is a sensation. An impulse. A rhythm. A breath. It is through the body that we perceive, feel, and begin every creative process.

And when I speak of creation, I am not referring only to art. To create is to discover new ways of responding to life, building relationships, making choices, and opening ourselves to what is new.

That is why we begin with the body. When we reconnect with it, expression arises from a place that is less driven by the mind and more deeply authentic.

Some experiences do not ask for explanation. They ask for expression.

Some experiences first emerge as a sensation, an image, or a gesture...

Art offers a way to explore and give form to what has not yet found words. You do not need to know how to draw, paint, or make art.

Here, it is not about technique or aesthetic goals. Art is a language.

When Body and Art Come Together

The body expands awareness. Art expands the possibilities for expression. Together, they support the integration of experience and the creation of new meaning.

It was from this meeting that my way of accompanying therapeutic processes was born—a therapeutic approach that integrates presence, attentive listening, expression, and creativity to transform the relationship with oneself, with the body, with the world around us, and with life.

TRANSFORMATION

Transformation doesn't happen because we understand more. It happens when we begin to live differently.

YOU AT THE
CENTER
OF THE PROCESS

There is no single path. There is only the path that is right for you.

Each person arrives with a unique story. That is why I do not believe in one-size-fits-all approaches.

Every therapeutic process is shaped by the individual's history, rhythm, and needs.

My work integrates Body and Art through an approach that brings together therapeutic dialogue, somatic practices, and expressive resources to foster presence, integration, and transformation.

Rather than applying techniques, I seek to create a space where you can deepen your awareness, reconnect with yourself, and discover new ways of living your experiences.

somática

SOMATIC
PRACTICES

Feel. Inhabit the body.

Listen. Notice.

Recognize signals, patterns, and inner resources that often go unnoticed.

expressiva

EXPRESSIVE
PRACTICES

Express.

Play. Create.

Give form to what has not yet

found words.

Transform awareness into

integrated experience.

How Can This Therapeutic Process Support You?

When the way we perceive changes, the way we live can change too.

This therapeutic process invites you to develop a more conscious relationship with yourself.

As this awareness deepens, many people begin to notice changes that are reflected in their everyday lives, such as:

  • greater body awareness;

  • the ability to recognize and regulate emotions;

  • greater clarity in making decisions;

  • increased confidence in setting healthy boundaries;

  • greater integration between feeling, thinking, and acting;

  • deeper trust in themselves and in life;

  • more creativity in responding to life's challenges;

  • more authentic relationships with themselves and others.

These changes happen because you begin to perceive, feel, and understand yourself in a different way.

Transformation happens when it is no longer just an intellectual understanding,

but a lived experience.

Trainings

Training programs for educators, therapists, and teams who wish to integrate body-based and expressive practices into their professional contexts.

Rather than simply presenting tools to be replicated, I offer experiential learning that expands the way we understand learning, care, presence, and human relationships.

Let's Talk About Where You Are Right Now.

About me

My work grew from the understanding that not every experience can be accessed through conversation alone.

Throughout my own journey, I came to realize that the body holds stories, memories, and inner resources that cannot always be expressed in words. I also discovered that art can open pathways for expressing what has not yet found a language. It was from the meeting of these two understandings that my way of working was born.

Today, I accompany people through a therapeutic process that integrates therapeutic dialogue, body-based practices, and expressive resources, honoring the unique rhythm, history, and individuality of each person's journey.

Rather than guiding someone toward a predetermined outcome, my role is to create a space where it becomes possible to notice, express, and integrate one's own experience.
