About me
I am Brazilian, although I have lived for two decades in different parts of the world. Still, I maintain a deep connection with my roots, with nature, and with the ancestral strength of my family—especially my great-grandmother, who was Indigenous Kaingang.
Spirituality has always been present in my culture and life journey. My paternal grandmother, a medium of incorporation, awakened my interest in this field.
I have lived in England, Australia, and Spain, and traveled to more than 30 countries. These experiences have been fundamental in my process of individuation and in my understanding that I am part of something greater.
Over the years, I have explored and integrated various approaches such as yoga, Ayurveda, bioenergetics, body psychotherapy, NLP, Gestalt therapy, family constellations, tantra, and plant medicine work—some through self-study, others through professional training.
I did not plan to become a therapist. This path emerged from my own inner search and became an extension of it. For me, being a therapist is the expression of a deep process of listening, holding, and integration.
In 2018, I created the project UNO. Art. Yoga, combining art and yoga as tools for transformation. I have worked with NGOs and institutions focused on psychosocial wellbeing, including refugees, incarcerated women, and youth in vulnerable situations, as well as collaborating with the State Reception Program for Asylum Seekers in Catalonia.
I also facilitate creativity workshops in companies and have worked in education as a tutor and lecturer in postgraduate and master’s programs at the University of Barcelona, as well as delivering training for educators through the Erasmus program.
Today, I integrate all these experiences into individual sessions, trainings, programs, and workshops.
