I’m Brazilian by birth, but for two decades I lived in different parts of the world. Even so, I keep a deep connection with Brazil in my body and in my roots. I am very proud to have been born in the lands of the South and to carry within me the energy of nature and the native peoples, the strength of my great-grandmother, an indigenous Kaingang woman. Spirituality has always played an essential role in South American culture and also in my family. My paternal grandmother, who was a psychic, was the one who awakened my curiosity and desire to explore the spiritual world in greater depth.

I had the opportunity to live in England, Australia and, in recent years, Spain, and I have traveled to over 30 countries. During these trips, I have discovered different places, people and cultures, which have been significant milestones in my process of individuation. These experiences have been fundamental for me to understand myself as a human being and to realize that I am part of something bigger than my own family, culture and society.

Over the years, I have explored various disciplines, therapies and practices, such as yoga, ayurveda, diafreo therapy, bioenergetics, integrative body psychotherapy, rebirthing, NLP, gestalt therapy, family constellation, tantra and power plants. I studied some of these disciplines and practices on my own, deepening my knowledge and becoming a professional in some of them.

I never intended to become a therapist. This path emerged as a response to my own desire to explore the depths of my being. Today, I realize that this was inevitable, that the calling to help others was born from my own journey. Being a therapist is more than a profession for me; it is a reflection of a long personal process of facing and integrating my own fears and emotions.

This journey taught me that we are all masters of ourselves, capable of creating, healing and guiding our lives, even when the world makes us doubt this power.

In 2018, I conceived and created UNO. Art. Yoga , a project that integrated yoga and art as tools for self-exploration, growth and personal transformation. In recent years, I have been involved with NGOs, entities and services dedicated to promoting psychosocial well-being, inclusion and integration of groups in situations of vulnerability and exclusion, such as refugees, asylum seekers, prisoners, women victims of trafficking, people with mental disorders, their families, as well as children and young people at risk, having worked in the State Reception Program for Asylum Seekers in Catalonia.

At the same time, I have taught creativity workshops in corporate contexts, helping to expand creative potential and also care for mental health within organizations.

Life, with its pleasant surprises, has also led me to the field of education. In recent years, I have worked as a project tutor in a postgraduate program, as a lecturer in the master's program at the University of Barcelona, and as a collaborating teacher in other master's programs in Spain. In addition, I have conducted professional training for teachers within the framework of the Erasmus european education program, promoting the use of art as a tool to support learning, with the aim of improving the well-being and inclusion of students in European schools.

The essence of everything I have experienced and learned is what I now share in the training courses I conduct, the programs I develop, the workshops I teach and the individual therapy sessions I conduct.
