About me

I am Brazilian, although I have lived for more than two decades in different parts of the world. Even so, I maintain a deep connection with my roots, with nature, with the strength of my family, and with my ancestry.

Spirituality has always been present in both my culture and my personal journey. My paternal grandmother, a trance medium, awakened my interest in this universe from an early age.

I have lived in England, Australia, and Spain, and have traveled to more than 32 countries. These experiences were fundamental to my individuation process and to understanding that I am part of something greater.

Over the years, I have explored different approaches, practices, and methods, such as Ayurveda, bioenergetics, body psychotherapy, NLP, systemic therapy, tantra, and work with sacred plants. In some of these areas, I also received professional training (see below).

I did not plan to become a therapist. This path emerged from my own inner search and gradually became an extension of it. For me, being a therapist is the expression of a deep process of listening, holding, and integration.

In 2018, I created the project UNO. Arte. Yoga., bringing together art and yoga as tools for transformation. I worked with NGOs and institutions focused on psychosocial well-being, supporting refugees, incarcerated women, mental health service users, families, women affected by human trafficking, and vulnerable children and young people. I also collaborated with the State Reception Program for Asylum Seekers in Catalonia.

I also facilitate creativity and well-being workshops in companies and have worked in the field of education as a tutor and lecturer in postgraduate and master’s programs at the University of Barcelona, Spain. In addition, I led training programs for educators within the Erasmus program, promoting the use of art as a tool for inclusion and learning in schools.

Today, I continue to offer individual therapeutic sessions, both online and in person, as well as workshops, talks, and professional trainings. I also develop projects that integrate art into educational contexts, creating spaces for expression, listening, and transformation.
